On this episode of Hands on Food Jim is making Mexican tortillas. Over the last few months he has been working at making the perfect tortilla. See how he is doing and leave a comment as to how you make yours or how he could make his better.Jim's Tortilla Recipe2 cups all-purpose flour1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons vegetable oil (butter or shortening)3/4 cup lukewarm milk (can also use water)Add Garlic, Pepper or other seasonings to taste.Kneed for about 2 minutes until you have the right consistency. Roll into balls. Let the dough rest for for 20 mins to an hour. Heat a pan on high. Roll Cook and server
